You're busy. Your child is busy. We read your form before scheduling anything, so that if we can't help, we don't pull you into a call just to say so — and if we can, the call is already useful from the first minute. 您忙，孩子也忙。所以在约任何事之前，我们会先把您的表单读完 —— 帮不上忙，就不再占用您的通话时间；帮得上，一通话就能直接聊到实处。
We read every one ourselves. Your time is already stretched thin — we don't want you sitting on a call just to tell us what grade your child is in. The form lets us show up already knowing enough to be useful. 每一份表单，我们都会亲自阅读。

If we do think there's a fit, we schedule a forty-five-minute diagnostic — at no cost. You'll speak with a current student or recent graduate from one of our consulting teams. Because we've already read your form, we can skip the basics and talk about your child. 如果双方都觉得合适，我们会安排一次 45 分钟的深度通话 —— 不收费。

The diagnostic is free. No one signs anything on it. 通话免费。过程中无需签署任何文件。
On fees. 关于费用，我们只想直说两件事。
Our engagements are priced based on when we begin working with a family, the scope of work, and the level of support your family wants. We don't publish a fee schedule because no two engagements look the same — an 8th-grade family beginning a five-year build and a senior-year family preparing for a single application cycle are buying fundamentally different work, and we'd rather quote you honestly than anchor you to a number that doesn't reflect what you actually need.
What we can tell you directly:
We are a premium firm. Our Package Starts from $40,000.
Our team is small, our ratio is three-to-one, and our consultants are Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, or MIT undergraduates who take this work seriously. That shows up in what we charge. We understand this places us outside the range many families are able to consider, and we try to be honest about that rather than ask families to figure it out after the fact.
Every family receives a written, itemized quote.
Before any engagement begins. You will know exactly what you are paying for and what is included.

Our QuestBridge Pro Bono Program. QuestBridge 公益合作。
We believe talent is distributed equally across income levels. Access to guidance isn't. Each year, we take on a small number of students — at no cost — whose families qualify for free or reduced-price school lunch and who are planning to apply through the QuestBridge National College Match program. 才华不分贫富 —— 但申请资源会。
每一年，我们都会免费接收少量美国本土学生。这些学生的家庭符合美国"免费或低价校餐计划"（Free and Reduced-Price Lunch Program）的资格，并计划通过 QuestBridge National College Match 项目申请顶尖美国大学。
The selection is competitive, and we look for students whose work we believe in. Financial eligibility is verified before the engagement begins, quietly and without friction — we've designed the process to be respectful of the families who are already navigating enough. 选拔标准和我们其他学生一样严格。我们找的是我们真正相信的学生、以及他们真正相信的作品。经济资格的核实，我们会尽量从简处理 —— 他们手上要应对的事已经够多。
This program is for domestic U.S. students only. We're not able to verify financial circumstances for international applicants, and we'd rather be upfront about that than build a program we can't administer fairly. 仅面向美国本土学生。我们无法可靠核实国际家庭的经济资格，也不打算勉强做一件我们做不公平的事。
This program is for students applying through QuestBridge. QuestBridge's match process is meaningfully different from a standard Common App cycle — different essays, different timeline, different schools, different strategy. If you're not planning the QuestBridge route, our pro bono work won't serve you well, because the work itself would be different from what we'd be doing.
